さて今回は小さな木撥をご紹介します。
通常一番小さい木撥は20匁の木撥が一般的だと思いますが。
それよりも小さい木撥があります。
もちろん知っている方もいるかと思いますが意外と知られていないと感じるので
ご紹介いたします。
Now, I would like to introduce a small wooden plectrum.
Usually, the smallest wooden pick is 20 monme, but there are smaller wooden picks than that.
Of course, some of you may know about them, but I feel that they are surprisingly unknown.
I would like to introduce them to you.
20匁の木撥と比べると小さいですね。
It is small compared to a 20-monme wooden bachi.
木撥の表示は重さです。20匁の木撥という事は20匁の重りが入っている事です。
ですので15匁の木撥は15匁の重りが入っているということです。
The indication of a wooden plectrum is its weight: a 20-monme plectrum means that it contains a 20-monme weight.
Therefore, a 15-monme wooden plectrum has a weight of 15 monme.
左端の木撥は匁なしですので重りが入っていないということです。
The wooden bachi on the far left is unmemented, which means it is not weighted.
重りが入っていないので木の重さしかありませんのですごく軽い木撥です。
It is a very lightweight wooden bachi because there is no weight in it, only the weight of the wood.
15匁の撥ですと重りが入っていますので大きさは匁なしの木撥とあまり変わりませんが
重さは倍以上あります。
The size of a 15-monme plectrum is not so different from a wooden plectrum without monme because it contains a weight, but the weight is more than twice as much.
撥は重りが入っている方が弾きやすいとは思いますが、小さなそうですね小学校低学年
ぐらいのお子さんですと匁なしもいいかと思います。
体格にもよりますが小さいお子さんですと手も小さいですので小さな木撥がいいと思います。
I think it is easier to play a weighted plectrum, but I think a small, yes, early elementary school age
I think that for children in the lower grades of elementary school, it would be fine to use a wooden bachi without a weight.
It depends on the size of the child, but small children have small hands, so I think a small wooden plectrum would be better.
撥はとても皆さんご意見があるので習ってる先生のご相談しながら木撥の大きさは決めるといいと思います。
あまり軽い木撥ですと糸を弾く時に弾かれてしまう感覚がありますので一概に小さいばちが良いとも限りませんがこのような小さな木撥があるという事も知っておくといいかもしれませんね。
Everyone has their own opinion about the size of the wooden plectrum, so it is best to consult with your teacher and decide on the size of the plectrum.
If the wooden pick is too light, you may feel that it is played when you play the string, so a smaller pick is not necessarily better.
